And workplace cultures need to foster Innovation rather than kill it. • Harmonize – An organization’s systems, processes and procedures need to fit its people and its purpose. In a Harmonized workplace people spend more of their time doing important work and less of their time arguing, complaining and justifying. • Develop – Leaders need to overcome the default obsession with task management and effectively coach people toward growing their abilities and mastering their craft.
