A creator at heart and an orchestrator by trade. For over 5 years, I've been fascinated by the systems that power great creative work. My journey began behind the scenes in broadcasting and graphic design, where I mastered the craft of visual communication in high-pressure newsrooms. I didn't just design ads and lay out pages; I learned how to translate the competing goals of editorial and advertising into a single, cohesive product. That experience drove my evolution from a hands-on designer to a strategic leader. I found my passion in optimizing the entire creative process—taking ownership of digital publishing workflows, managing press deadlines for multiple publications, and ultimately, building and leading a talented team of my own. In my most recent role, I applied this thinking to a corporate L&D environment, spearheading the end-to-end production of learning content and partnering with business leaders to ensure our creative output met strategic goals. I thrive on bridging the gap between a big-picture vision and the practical, scalable workflows needed to bring it to life.
