I'm transitioning out of a 20-year Army career into the private sector and seeking a fellowship with Hiring our Heroes Cohort 24-3 in an Operations or Program Management role with companies that value excellence in performance. You’re considering me because throughout my 20-year career, regardless of place or position, I’ve always been “The Guy” that does whatever it takes to get the job done. Looking for a leader to transform an organization’s culture of readiness and deliver a 58% increase in performance, alongside increasing the number of mission-ready critical systems from 50% to 98%? I'm the one that does it. Need a coach that is able to quickly assess an organization in a matter of days, mentor the executives and their staffs, and motivate performance improvement in days, all while that team is exhausted? That's what I do best. Can't find a critical thinker and problem solver with degrees in both Engineering and Military History to advise subject matter experts in a multidisciplinary science and technology study, write for national-level leaders, brief to influence policy, and manage the study to get it over the goal line?
