I am a highly organized and motivated individual, who possesses well over twenty years’ experience in Consumer Retail and Customer Service at various levels, and in various settings. My previous occupations have given me extensive knowledge and varied experience in the retail and customer service industries, including time as a Vice President and Regional Vice President in Airport Travel Retail, a period as a District Manager in Convenience Stores, and years as a General Manager/Store Manager in Airport Travel Retail, Retail Convenience Stores, Retail Electronics and Appliances, Retail Records and Tapes, and Customer Service Representative (CSR). I have held positions as a single unit manager, a multi-unit supervisor, and a Vice President. I have worked in retail stores in airports, shopping malls, self standing retail stores, and retail convenience stores. I have called on both national and regional retailers as a manufacturer's representative for RCA. I most recently acted as the Project Manager for a major IT/POS/ERP conversion, and company-wide ERP implementation. My experience includes sales, training, management, recruiting, mentoring, leadership, P&L responsibilities, budgeting, merchandising, marketing, inventory management, client services, CSR, and virtually every other facet of the retail business and customer service. My most recent positions in the remote Customer Service Rep field, both working directly with claimants applying for and collecting State Unemployment Insurance, and also Supporting Reps working with those claimants, has given me a new set of skills and perspectives in my already extensive background in Customer Service.​
