An accomplished project manager, planner and organizer - with strong marketing and customer service skills in high volume settings. Especially skilled at making continuous improvements in quality, productivity, efficiency and customer service. Chuck is a life long resident of the west and northwest Chicago suburban area and now resides in Huntley at Del Webb's Sun City. Chuck states that he loves living in Sun City with all the activities available and all the new friends. Chuck was employed for 15 years with Eastman Kodak in areas of customer service, distribution and high volume copier sales. After another position as a Group Manager for a commercial parking firm in Chicago, Chuck moved to become a Branch Operations Manager for a company wholly owned by FujiFilm USA. In addition to managing the operations of the Chicago Branch, Chuck worked very close as a sales liaison for the distribution group working closely with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction. After a few years, Chuck was the first operations manager given the opportunity to open and direct operations of a new branch facility in Toronto, Ontario, Canada in addition to his duties in Chicago. Being responsible for a facility remotely and outside the U.S. had it's own unique challenges understanding a somewhat different business culture and importing and exporting product. He looks forward to bringing his work and personal experiences to help people with their real estate needs.
