About Chuck Daigle

Senior engineering leader with over 20 years of experience in designing, developing, and launching packaging system products for global markets. Expertise in technology development, research and development, protective packaging, electromechanical systems development, mechatronics, and mechanical engineering. MBA in Organizational Leadership from Capella University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. As the Director of Engineering at Pregis and FP International, I led cross-disciplinary teams in creating and delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions for the protective packaging industry. I managed product lifecycles, from concept to end-of-life, and established an innovation-driven product development process. I also built successful partnerships with industry leaders, partners, and customers, driving significant business growth generating multiple patents and IP. Additionally, I mentored and cultivated team members to build robust organizations and foster a culture of excellence. I am currently seeking a new opportunity where I can leverage my skills and experience to contribute to the success of a dynamic and forward-thinking company.
