I am an exceptional people motivator who has managed large teams, as well as multi-million dollar budgets. I am a student of the Situational Leadership II model. I have been characterized as a strategic, conceptual thinker who can apply technology to solve critical business problems. Over the last five years my interests have shifted to learning all I can about private, public and hybrid cloud architectures. I love the tech industry, as there is always something new to learn. I am passionate about technology and spend a significant amount of my spare time downloading and evaluating Linux distributions (hey some folks do crossword puzzles). I was told long ago by my father,"if you enjoy what you do you will never work a day in your life".
