About Chuck Johnson

Chuck was born and raised in Indianapolis, Indiana but has roots in the south with his family originating from Paris, TN. He graduated from Purdue University and previously owned a real estate sales, management, and construction company in the Indianapolis area for many years until moving to the south. He has extensive experience in residential real estate marketing and direct on-site marketing & sales of single-family residential, condominium & resort communities and also taught real estate sales, marketing, licensing, and continuing education for Ivy Tech State College in Indianapolis. He was also specifically involved in the marketing, sale, and construction of log homes in Indianapolis and the Midwest from 1995 to 2003 and was responsible for the sale and construction of many log & country style homes, several of which were feature homes in various national magazine publications. Chuck later associated with a Florida based resort marketing company in 2006 and was responsible for the sales management of a mountain golf community in Tennessee. He then moved to Guntersville, Alabama in early 2008 and served as the sales director for a local condominium community prior to joining Re/Max Heritage Real Estate in Arab, Alabama and forming Mountain Lakes Log & Country Homes.
