You have a big responsibility; to keep many systems of systems running across very complicated processes, and with all of that, you need people to do their part well. The identification of the problems in your way, gaps forcing loss of known and unknown opportunity, and finding out what you don't know is what I obsess over.After years and years of living in manufacturing and process systems, I now devote my time to creating a training program to bring new, and existing workers up to speed. Getting them to a place where they love what they do, they do it well, and they do what you want. Over these years I have loved building industrial control systems with people, making those systems do what the business requires and setting them up for long term beneficial use.
