Chuck has accumulated extensive expertise in claims, management, leadership, and business operations. Notably, he spent 21 years as the owner and operator of a State Farm Agency, where his contributions left a lasting impact on the industry. In 2022, Chuck embraced a new challenge as the Chief Operating Officer for Lumenasa Insurance Agency, a startup national independent insurance agency that has rapidly expanded its presence to 25 states and continues to grow. In this pivotal role, Chuck brings his strategic leadership and operational prowess to contribute to the agency's success. Chuck is an alumnus of Ball State University, having earned his undergraduate degree in business administration. Beyond his professional achievements, Chuck takes pride in his roles as a devoted husband to Bethany and a loving father to Jaclyn. Beyond the boardroom, Chuck finds joy in diverse interests, including extensive travel, a passion for golf, regular workouts, and coaching high school football, showcasing his commitment to mentorship and community engagement. In addition to his national endeavors, Chuck serves as the Treasurer for the NAAIA Phoenix chapter, bringing his wealth of experience to contribute to the local community.
