I am a senior UX leader with over 12 years at Cox Automotive, where I’ve grown from a hands-on consultant into an enterprise Director of User Experience. Today, I lead an organization of 40+ UX professionals across five major product portfolios - Marketplace, Logistics, Vehicle Services, Inventory Management, Capital, and the UX Research team - driving strategy, innovation, and measurable business outcomes.My focus is scaling UX strategy at the portfolio level: embedding human-centered design into enterprise roadmaps, shaping executive decision-making, and ensuring experiences not only meet user needs but also accelerate adoption, efficiency, and ROI. Over my career, I’ve built teams, formalized UX maturity, and launched initiatives such as a world-class digital adoption program and an enterprise-standardized design toolset, both saving millions of dollars and improving client engagement across Cox Automotive’s ecosystem.Most recently, I have been helping lead the company’s AI transformation - a paradigm shift that redefines how we deliver value to clients, optimize operations, and design user experiences. By guiding the responsible application of AI across portfolios, I ensure innovation remains human-centered while unlocking new possibilities in automation, personalization, and decision-making.I believe rules exist to be understood - and, when necessary, bent or broken - to unlock innovation.
