With over 25 years managing Class A properties greater than a million SF in net rentable area, I build teams and empower individuals to spur cost savings, generate efficiency, and implement process improvements. Throughout my career, I have managed assets that were 50% or more occupied by their owner, and as a result, have cultivated in-depth corporate facilities management experience. I leverage the unique skillset gained from this experience to oversee all facets of property management, including capital planning, lease administration, financial reporting, and redevelopment. Customer satisfaction through relationship building and swift, efficient problem resolution has been a cornerstone of my success.
