My Why: To help people see their strengths and capabilities so that they can be the best version of themselves, that makes THEM happy, fulfilled and supported, while achieving their dreams. I help build teams that are highly engaged, resilient, innovative and empowered to make decisions. I am a certified coach and I have used my coaching experiences to accelerate the careers of those on my teams. This resulted in 11 promotions (executive, mid- management and sr technical leadership roles) and seven career changes either into new roles or lateral moves into management that aligned with career growth. I love supporting the development of people and helping them learn how to connect their strengths to meaningful outcomes.My teams have transformed through learning new cloud, infrastrcture and coding skills including FinOps practitioner and engineering certifications, Ansible, AWS Cloud, Golang, Terraform, React, Consul, Kafka, Kubernetes, Docker, Packer and Vault. This resulted in self-service capabilites, autoamted daily QA Kafka tests, and reductions in the tens of millions in cost avoidance across AWS enterprise footprint.Leadership: I am a technology leader that leverages my strengths building communities, developing employees and coaching professionals to align and deliver organizational goals.
