Digital Media professional with over 30 years of success in all facets of commercial image licensing. An experienced and accomplished Creative Executive, Art Director and Collection Curator, I have previously held key positions in image licensing as Director of Photography and Collection Director at Getty Images, Visual Leader at Photonica/ Iconica, and VP Creative at amana Productions, a subsidiary of amana Images in Tokyo. Whether developing a startup brand through launch or devising and implementing strategies to improve an existing business, I’ve done it. Particularly skilled at communication, team building, and change management. I have a proven track record of success identifying and mentoring emerging talent, sourcing new content, directing world-class creative teams, contract negotiating, rights clearing, integrating company acquisitions, and managing highly successful artist/agent relationships with established high profile artists. Additionally, I have been a contest judge for PDN as well as a guest lecturer at a number of academic institutions, including the University of Delaware, School of Visual Arts in NYC, Savannah College of Art and Design, and NYU at the Tisch School of Film and Television.
