With over six years of experience in the healthcare sector, I am a senior patient liasion supervisor at Harley Street Health Centre, a leading private clinic in London. My core competencies include administration, patient care and patient support. I am passionate about providing high-quality and personalised service to every client. In my current role, I oversee the daily operations of the patient liasion department, which consists of circa 15 members. I am responsible for managing the patient intake and discharge process, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, handling complaints and feedback, and liaising with medical professionals and insurance companies. I also mentor and train new staff, and implement new policies and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. I have also developed and maintained strong relationships with key stakeholders, such as doctors, nurses, pharmacists, and insurers.
