About Chuck Ramsay

I am a Project Manager with Colter Developments JV Ltd and have over twenty five years of experience in Project Management and architectural consulting for building construction and development. I strive to execute project delivery through the strict application of industry proven project management processes. Strong communication skills and experience from a design and construction background allows me to excel in collaborative team environments. I am also a LEED accredited professional (LEED® AP BD+C) under Canadian Green Building Council, and I am keenly aware of sustainability within project development. I have spent 3 years acting as Owner's Project Manager for projects at Vancouver General Hospital and UBC Hospital while with the Group. As transferred into WSP is work on projects for Port Vancouver and BC HYDRO. Now Back again with Colter Developments JV Ltd I am acting as a construction Manager on several projects in the Lower Mainland My strong architectural and project management backgrounds allows me to bring a unique perspective to the construction side of the industry allowing me to be sensitive to the design while understanding the technical, code and business elements of a project.
