If one were to ask my friends to describe me they would describe me as a very pleasant, diverse, active, caring, and intelligent person. I think one of my most distinguishing characteristics is the diversity of experiences I possess. I am a engineering and management professional with a flair for the psychological and social aspects of organizations. I am a person with technical aptitude and an interest in management. All these elements have given me a very broad outlook, with varying degrees of knowledge in a range of topics. I strongly believe that all these qualities influence my work. Currently working on leading and facilitating improvement and innovation through the application of Six Sigma & Emerging Methods. I have assisted in and worked with major change initiatives in several fortune 100 companies, non-profits, and Universities. I believe that this unique blend of experiences has made me a person with an original point of view giving a broader perspective to and a good understanding of organizations. Among other things, this diversity of experience offers clients knowledge and understanding of global issues and integration of diverse perspectives to help drive improvement and innovation in their respective organizations. Applying a process of exploring purpose and principles to derive a method for sharing vision that transcends strategic, tactical and logistical issues is a trademark.
