Selected accomplishments: • Business Development and Business Solutions – Led numerous new product launches and tactical product transformation initiatives that included credit cards, unsecured installment loans, payment methods, and mortgages/home equity loans. • Portfolio and Revenue Growth - Generated billions of dollars in portfolio value and millions in revenue. Portfolios included Bank of America commercial and government cards, E-Duction credit cards, BMG Money and CreditWorks installment loans, Mellon PSFS mortgages and home equity loans, Associates Capital Bank mortgages, revolving lines of credit and credit cards, and Valley National Bank mortgage loans. • Expense Reduction and Control – Eliminated $3m+ in direct operating expenses by restructuring customer support centers, underwriting workflows, data exchange processes with vendors and clients, and implemented the Technical Support desk and self-service portal. Created and led the Problem Resolution process that successfully resolved 351 production issues in 24 months and created an annual $500k cost savings for Bank of America. • Business Architecture – Focused the efforts of people, processes, technologies, and data to achieve goals. Coordinated activities and eliminated waste, and incorporated critical path tactics and strategies to meet and exceed production goals. Launched the CreditWorks loan products and within six (6) months exceeded the portfolio size objective of 10m by 20%.
