As President and owner of Xpert Consulting Services, an insurance adjuster specializing in fire and water damage, Chuck advocates for you to get back what you deserve from the insurance company. With expert knowledge in property loss consulting and damage assessment, Chuck helps build your claim from the bottom up. His education includes IICRC Journeyman certifications in Fire Restoration, Water Restoration, and Textile Cleaning. Chuck has furthered his education & training by attending numerous seminars on insurance-related issues including, but not limited to, fire and smoke restoration, odor control, carpet repair and reinstallation, carpet cleaning, upholstery and fabric cleaning, water damage restoration, loss of income and extra expense, mold restoration, coverage issues, advanced negotiation and dispute resolution, data recovery related to insurance loss, Xactimate, and Dale Carnegie. Chuck has ample experience that allows him the ability to make sure you get what you deserve from the insurance company. Prior to creating Xpert Consulting Services, he was a Senior General Adjuster at Globe Midwest Adjusters International, an Outside Property Adjuster with Citizens / Hanover Insurance and the General Manager of ServiceMaster of Burton. He also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan and has obtained the industry designations of Associate in Claims and Property Claims Law Specialist. When disaster strikes, Chuck will be there to guide you through the process to get your life back to normal as soon as possible.
