About Chuck Ward

Chuck, the founder of the firm, holds two doctorates: one in the field of communication and the other in education. His primary work is as an executive coach serving C-level leaders in a host of international organizations and several United States government agencies. Along with coaching, he is sought after as a keynote presenter, trainer and corporate educator. He works with C-level leaders and high potentials in the US, England, Europe, Australia, and China. Much of Chuck’s formal training and practical experience is in the application of brain research to issues affecting leadership, organizational and personal change, and interpersonal relationship skills. His research in brain functioning is enhanced by ongoing work and collaboration with neuroscientists at the National Institutes of Health. Before founding CWA, Inc, Chuck was a college professor, radio talk show host, and newspaper columnist. He and his wife, Ellie, live in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
