About Chun Wong

I am a Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution team, for firm which is dedicated to fighting for your rights, Hodge Jones and Allen Solicitors. I deal with a wide range of civil disputes including resolving disputes clients have with their ex-partners over ownership of a joint property which was purchased either a sole or joint names, where one party now wants to sell. I have also acted for clients who want to make an inheritance act claim on their unmarried partner's estate where no Will has been left. I acted on the high profile, reported complex case of Kousuros v Aresti (2014) which went to appeal to decide issues of client privilege, duties of disclosure and conflict of interest when an acting solicitor or a beneficiary also takes on the role of executor. I have over 15 years of litigation experience in county courts, the High Court and the Court of Appeal, specialising in a broad range of civil litigation matters including professional negligence, contentious probate, property litigation, trust of land claims, and breach of trust and fiduciary duties. I am a member of professional bodies in these relevant areas.
