Project plan, control of staff, schedule and progress. • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills that support successful collaboration with multi-functional teams • Experience in training, mentoring and managing junior staff • Expert of static equipment and piping system in Oil & Gas industries, including equipment sizing, detail design, pressure equipment design registration & pipe stress analysis. • Experience in not only in mechanical and piping but also in equipment process sizing, skid structural design, • Knowledge and experience of oil and gas production process, technology and equipment. • Experience in applying industries code and standards including CSA Z662, B51 and ASME B31, ASME BPV and B16 series, some of API standards. • Experience in engineering and design tools, such as Compress, Caesar II, Autocad/Cadworx and S-Frame.
