My goal is to apply the skills and knowledge I gain from my studies in a role within higher education administration. I envision myself contributing to a university or college where I can support students from diverse backgrounds, helping them navigate their academic journeys and encouraging their personal growth. By working in higher education, I hope to create programs that not only enhance the learning experience but also empower students to engage critically with societal issues. Ultimately, I aim to make a positive impact on the educational landscape and inspire the next generation of leaders. With five years of healthcare experience and over two years dedicated to healthcare administration as a training coordinator, I gained interpersonal skills, leadership skills, and project management skills. I am able to continuously improve the training department and gain highly transferable skills that could be valuable in a role within higher education.
