With seven years of leadership experience in one of Australia’s largest retail networks, I’ve developed a strong foundation in people management, communication, and strategic problem-solving within fast-paced, high-performance environments. My leadership style is grounded in empathy, humour, and accountability, fostering team growth, culture, and results. Now completing a Bachelor of Business majoring in Sports Management, I’m channelling my skills and passion toward the business side of sport, including public relations, talent management, and human resources. I’m driven by the intersection of people, performance, and storytelling, and I aim to help athletes, brands, and organisations grow through authentic connection, strategic communication, and strong team culture.
