About Cian Breen

With over 15 years of hands-on experience in the retail industry, I’ve built a strong foundation in customer service, team leadership, sales strategy, and operational efficiency. Throughout my career, I’ve developed a passion for people — both in delivering great customer experiences and supporting the growth and performance of team members. I hold a Diploma in Advanced IT Technician from Pitman Training, which has equipped me with strong technical and problem-solving skills — valuable assets in today's tech-driven workplaces. Additionally, I completed a Diploma in Human Resources through Alison Courses, further deepening my understanding of people management, recruitment, and organizational development. I’m now looking to grow into roles that allow me to combine my retail expertise, technical knowledge, and HR skills — whether that’s in retail management, training and development, HR support, or tech support within a retail or corporate environment. Always open to new opportunities, connections, and learning — let’s connect!
