About Cian Kinsella

Have founded or co-founded a number of successful companies in the software space. Experiences at director-level in software development, customer services and sales, and as an entrepreneur and CEO have taught me what it takes to run a successful software business: how to build teams, develop high quality software products and services, build a customer base, communicate with investors, and to bring a company to profitability while remaining focussed on a clear vision throughout. I still enjoy the act of software development and have been personally responsible for a significant amount of the software at my recent projects digiprove.com, and giveandbuy.ie. I work with software companies or IT divisions that need professional help in leadership, quality software development, product management and/or other areas. Experience helps me to to quickly identify achievable ways of improving overall performance or solving particular problems. I am interested in interim C-level positions, short focussed projects, consultancy, or non-executive appointments. I am currently engaged as Advisor to CEO at a number of successful software companies internationally.
