With over 5 years of experience in customer success and technical support, I am a solutions-oriented and collaborative professional who thrives on helping customers achieve their goals and overcome their challenges. My mission is to deliver exceptional service and value to customers across various industries and regions, leveraging my expertise in Salesforce, analytics, and troubleshooting. I am currently a Solutions Consultant at Google, where I provide technical troubleshooting support for Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads Conversion Tracking. In my current role, I troubleshoot complex technical issues and manage communications between customers and engineering teams, ensuring timely and effective resolutions. I also lead the operations and escalation reduction initiatives for the Measurement & Attribution team, streamlining processes and improving customer satisfaction. In previous roles in Salesforce, I gained extensive expertise directly helping customers optimise their processes in their Salesforce orgs, specialising in Platform automation and CRM Analytics (formerly known as Tableau CRM). I am passionate about learning about new technologies and tools, and I enjoy working with a diverse and talented teams.
