About Ciani Williams

I bring together a solutions oriented work ethic, a strong commitment to productive collaboration, and an approach to campus culture that supports, engages, and challenges students within a safe environment. I multi-task academic and behavioral initiatives, diversity and athletic activities, and district-level goals as well as programs. I continue to implement and strive for student support as well as success by analyzing student and teacher data and implement innovative approaches to school engagement. My combined administrative and teacher experiences bring an interdisciplinary mindset that proactively connects themes and concepts across academic subjects, promoting a deeper foundation for student success. I have completed 19 years of work in education with a broad range of student and teacher demographics and a strong track record of constructive engagement and achieving buy-in with parents, colleagues, and key stakeholders. I earned a Master of Arts degree in Education from Mills College and a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Printmaking from Sonoma State University. I am currently enrolled in the doctoral program at the University of Denver for Educational Leadership and Policy Studies in order to continue making effective change for the better.
