Hi there! My name is Ciara Biscoe. I'm a very fun, vibrant, positive, and outgoing person! I enjoy being, proactive, organized, encouraging to my team, and focused while I'm at work. I can work with any and all different personality types as well as any work environment as long as it's a positive one. Where I stand out most is being able to communicate with any team member or client and building rapport naturally. Another standout is my organization skills. I enjoy keeping systems, processes, and important information all in one place to ensure consistency and ease in daily operations. I have a passion for Project Management and enjoy leading as well as working with team members across all departments tracking towards the same goal. I feel so fulfilled when I create a successful timeline and collectively as a team we hit all milestones making for an extraordinary launch. I have worked with high profile clients like Breztri, STIHL, John Deer, T. Rowe Price, Argenx and more which have strongly contributed to my professional growth. I also love marketing and have worked with over 200 clients or more through my marketing experience. I have really established a tool kit for being an effective marketing manager through these connections. I'm an Arizona native so I have experience with the heat though I never get used to it. I love animals and enjoy spending time with family and friends. If I'm not meeting new people, trying new foods, or traveling you can usually find me watching Bridgerton on Netflix or taking classes to better my professional talents.
