I am an emerging network engineer with a passion for developing skills, certifications, and abilities that lead to success. As I continue my commitment to provide users with consistent access to secure, reliable networks with maximum performance, I also rely on my soft skills. These abilities include organization, teamwork, and communication along with leadership, management, analytical problem-solving, and issue resolution. Throughout my career, I have gained expert skills in written and verbal communication that enable me to convey complex technical processes to all skill levels.Capable of solving highly complex issues to optimize service, processes, and the overall customer experience, I possess the ability to apply new and innovative solutions. I work through challenges in the workplace in autonomous or team-oriented settings.Furthermore, I recently acquired my CCNA Certification with Cisco and demonstrated hands-on expertise in network fundamentals, network access, IP connectivity/services, security fundamentals, and automation/programmability. I was also selected to participate in Cisco’s Live Dream Team Seminar in June 2022 that will enable me to further my professional growth through in-person events, live broadcasts, and 7K on-demand trainings.
