Experienced in Scope 1, 2, and 3 GHG and SECR reporting, with a focus on Scope 3 and supply chain. Additionally worked on TCFD, B-Corp, SBTi and Target Setting and Decarbonisation towards Net Zero. Prior years of experience in research, planning, communication, and stakeholder management in multi-national teams in science, and broadcast. Driven internal expansion of reporting capability and compliance within Scope 3, including introduction of product carbon analyses (Carbon LCA). Leading the carbon accounting team in a scaling company with a growing service offering and client type, with particular focus on development of team and services. Consistently identifying potential for development and implementing process, policy, and product changes to improve both internal quality, capability and client experiences whilst using our tools. Continually identifying and addressing client pain points, e.g. through creating carbon accounting and product guides and delivering informative live sessions to increase confidence and meaning in reporting. Worked to deliver reporting and develop decarbonisation across hospitality, events, consumer goods, and private-equity clients to date. 🦔 Wider interests in sustainability, biodiversity and the arts. Designed and conducted a research project using underwater pond recordings to explore sound art for freshwater conservation engagement (Awarded "Outstanding"). Keen potter, glass maker and cut-flower gardener :)
