About Ciara Dysart

As a dedicated Assistant Project Lead with South West Water’s Natural Resources Team, I am passionate about driving sustainable solutions within the water industry. My journey began with a strong foundation in science, having previously worked as a Microbiologist at South West Water, where I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills. I hold a 2:1 undergraduate degree in Archaeology and Forensic Sciences from Exeter University and a Master’s degree in Forensic Anthropology with distinction from Liverpool John Moores University. During my time at university, I served as the Social Secretary for the Archaeology and Forensic Society and worked as an Events Manager for the Make a Smile Society, where we brought joy to disabled and struggling children by visiting them dressed as Disney characters. Additionally, I gained valuable experience working as a waitress at Turtle Bay from my third year until the end of my master's program. Currently, I am engaged in a two-year learning program which rewards me with a Level 5 Diploma in Management, equipping me with the leadership skills necessary to excel in my field. I also hold Level 3 qualifications in Excel and Word, further enhancing my technical abilities. I am eager to connect with professionals in the environmental and water management sectors to share insights and explore collaborative opportunities.
