About Ciara Early
I am a recent graduate with a Level 7 (Ordinary Degree) BSc in Baking and Pastry Arts Management from TU-Dublin. I have over 6 years experience working in food manufacturing, in R&D and also on the floor as a general production operative, I also have experience in the hospitality sector, both in front of house and and in food prep/ catering and back of house support. This has grown my passion for food and food manufacturing, grown my skill set and has given me a drive and ambition to continue to work and provide high quality products in food manufacturing, and new product development. I also have experience in face to face sales and customer service, giving me good people and communication skills. I'm a team player, who enjoys being apart of a collaborative environment, supporting both myself and my colleagues within the R&D, NPD and NPI departments at Panelto Foods.
