I am Ciara Green, an Aesthetic Advisor at Ideal Image, the nation's leading medspa. With 11 years of customer service experience, I have a passion for creating and delivering personalized and memorable experiences for our clients, while also driving revenue and retention through omni-channel clientele strategies. As a team lead of the client care specialist team, I have cultivated and systematized winning procedures that bring clients back again and again. I have also contributed to the successful rollout of the omni-channel pilot, assisting executive leadership in building and creating the playbook and standard operating procedures. I have facilitated daily communication with 150 clinics in two countries, providing support, feedback, and problem-solving.
