As a Program Scheduler at Corus Entertainment, I have over 5 years of experience in managing the scheduling services for a range of specialty broadcast networks. I have used S4M and Wide Orbit, and now Avatega to ensure efficient and accurate program scheduling across multiple channels. Prior to this role, I worked as a Traffic Coordinator at Corus Entertainment for 3 years, where I advised on discrepancies between media sales and client needs, liaised with media sales and client marketing teams, and executed strategic campaigns to optimize inventory revenue. I also have a strong background in customer service, having worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Abtran, where I received consistently high call scores and moved to the back office First Fix team. I have a Master's degree in Landscape Archaeology from the National University of Ireland, Galway, and a Bachelor's degree in Archaeology and Psychological Studies from the same institution.
