She holds a Postgraduate degree in Cybersecurity, which deepens her understanding of cybersecurity principles, software compliance, threat management, and information security management, enabling her to effectively tackle security challenges in cloud environments. Throughout her career at AWS, Ciara advanced through several roles, including Cloud Support Engineer II, Cloud Support Engineer I and Cloud Support Associate, where she developed expertise in Linux and networking administration, advanced troubleshooting, and customer service.
