About Ciara Milson

Travel has been and always will be my greatest passion, both in my personal and professional life. Whether I pull from my over 6 years in the travel industry or my first-hand adventures, all my experiences have truly helped shape and nurtured my love for travel. All of which I apply to my role as Head of Sales at Business Fist partnership, a unique, independently owned Corporate Travel Management company based in London, UK. I started my travel career as Cabin Crew with British Airways where I had the privilege to fly on a range of aircrafts (although the Queen of Skies the Boeing 747 will always hold a special place in my heart!) and work across all cabins including Business & First Class. During my time working onboard in premium cabins, I was able to gain a clear understanding of the unique needs of a business traveller from them directly. This knowledge was invaluable when I pivoted into corporate travel management in 2019… I continued my travel career at Business First Partnership as a Client Account Manager. My unique first-hand experience and knowledge of aviation gave me a good jumping-off point, and I was able to build long-standing relationships with our clients to promote an open flow of communication to resolve any issues or queries quickly and efficiently. Through my many conversations with travel bookers and travellers, my grasp of this unique group’s requirements continued to grow. Moving on to 2022, I transitioned to the Sales team at Business First Partnership. Following the Covid-19 pandemic and the significant impact this has had on the travel industry companies were taking a close look at their travel partnerships and whether their ‘pre-pandemic’ protocols would continue to work effectively in their ‘new normal’. At this stage, I was in a unique position…my broad knowledge base gained from both first-hand traveller experience as well as BFP’s detailed and precise management services enabled me to offer the guidance needed by companies trying to navigate these unchartered waters. On my time off, I obviously enjoy travelling to new countries and revisiting some old favourites. During my most recent adventure, I spent a month travelling Vietnam and enjoyed Christmas day on the beach in 30-degree heat on Phu Quoc island! I also love reading (or more accurately listening) to a wide range of books as well as taking cycling trips during the nicer weather. A good meal out and drinks with friends is always on the agenda too! I look forward to connecting with you and getting to know more about you and your company’s unique travel needs!
