PERSONAL STATEMENT I am a creative and highly motivated Global eCommerce Manager with extensive industry knowledge. I am results oriented and sales focused with a proven ability to tackle complex resource-intensive projects and deliver them on time and to the highest of standards. I have 10 years’ digital experience within ARI in which I have also managed the Digital Merchandising Channels managing the ecommerce merchandising strategy for a multi-platform and multi-category, SKU-intensive product assortment that maximizes awareness and consideration. My current role consists of managing and driving our global ecommerce platform. I am responsible for delivering a first-class digital retail experience ensuring I am maximising traffic, conversion and awareness through monitoring and advancing all digital content and UX/UI journeys. I have excellent leadership, communications and interpersonal skills. I am an articulate person, who communicates warmly yet effectively to a diverse range of individuals. I work well under pressure using rational and common sense to make logical decisions. My personal ambition is to deliver an exceptional digital experience to the best international standards.
