About Ciara Walsh

I embarked on my professional journey as a kindergarten teacher, gaining valuable skills in public speaking, organization, and team management. This foundation proved invaluable when I transitioned into roles focused on client onboarding and support. At Fresha, I played a pivotal role in developing and implementing onboarding processes, particularly for large partners in Dubai. Later, I relocated to Vancouver, as the first employee in North America, to oversee Fresha's new POS Terminals, providing troubleshooting support and managing KYC/Banking verification processes. In 2020, I was promoted to Head of Onboarding - North America, where I built and led a high-performing team, introducing a new KPI structure and fostering a culture of coaching and growth. In 2022, I started working with GeoComply, overseeing the Employee Onboarding process and building out training resources. In 2023, I embraced a new challenge as a Project Manager. In this role, I focus on cross-functional critical projects. I thrive on adaptability and growth, and I am always excited to take on new challenges and drive meaningful projects forward.
