I am an extremely customer focused individual. I directed and developed an up selling program with Google that have seen some amazing results. Created and administrating a successful Travel blog - Maptrekking.com and successfully gained partnerships with companies who use my photographs and blog stories to build successful tools for teaching children online. I have rewritten and developed a case management and soft skills training deck for Voxpro Ltd that have increased- Case management- Productivity- Positive Survey and Retention Rates for Google Apps for Work. I have helped in re-writing the entire public facing help center for Google Apps for Work (support.google.com/a). I am currently training all current and new employees for a section of Opentext for a new product recently launched High Volume Email. I have been given directive to completely overhaul current products that are facing low customer numbers. I will be revamping the entire Support structure of the products with a team of 5 engineers and support professionals based in the United States. I am self driven and highly motivated to succeed. With twelve years of experience in online chat, face to face, phone and email support, I push myself to improve in every opportunity I am given and in return give the best results possible. I pride myself in the skills I have developed in Customer Care and with a Positive Survey return rate with Google of 98.2% from 438 positive surveys over 3 years I show I have an upper echelon level of Customer Support.
