I am an analytical, goal orientated, business management professional, with a proven track record for sales growth established through over 25 years’ business experience across various industries. I have a passion for sales force effectiveness and pride myself on being a strongly intuitive and energetic mentor who drives revenue growth through the positive development and direction of others. Since 1991, I have worked continuously within the medical industry. During this time, I have managed healthcare business development within all 4 NHS geographies, and the HSE in Ireland, as well as within multiple medical sales disciplines. My career progression has allowed me to gain a varied experience within diverse and complex medical markets, at both acute and post-acute level, which required bespoke solution development to service specific customer needs. I see myself as a firm but fair team player with a strong fiscal & commercial awareness. I thrive on accountability, expect it from others, and have a proven record for strong people management, as well as development. I believe that I have the experience and skill set to build a shared belief in the opportunities that the combined Acelity portfolio offers to the sales team and in turn deliver the desired revenue growth. I further believe that this varied experience gives me a unique industry perspective, and has been instrumental in my successful revenue growth strategies to date. This unique experience forms a solid foundation for senior sales leadership that will continue to deliver at a UK national level through strong customer and inter-departmental negotiation supported by appropriate challenges to both KCI/Systagenix conventional policies, procedures and expectations in a way that delivers Acelity business results through robust communication of purpose and shared accountability.
