About Ciaran Kelly

I am currently pursuing a MSc in 'Global Investment Management' from the University of Ulster Business School, which is the same university I previously studied at for my BSc in 'Business Studies with a Financial Placement Year'. I have a strong interest in learning about the Capital Markets, Investment Management and Equity Trading. Since completing my bachelors in 2021, I took an opportunity with Enterprise Holdings through the Graduate Management program. This has been an amazing opportunity to gain practical experience in the world of Business Management, Corporate Finance, Customer Service and Sales. During my time with Enterprise Holdings I have managed to get promoted from a Management Trainee to a Management Assistant by passing the internal MQI qualification. After being tasked by the Omagh branch Manager to help develop customer service within our branch, I was able to help lead the team to achieve an all time record as the only branch in the history of the company to obtain a 100% monthly service score. While working at Enterprise Holdings I have also demonstrated an incredibly strong record regarding the sales aspect of the business. In the past I have continuously been ranked among the top sales performers between Scotland and Northern Ireland, resulting in 7 Elite Club wins to date. I also managed to get invited as part of the Elite of the Elite sales event alongside 9 other of the top performers out of 300+ employees.
