We operate a network of 35 regional depots to offer next day delivery to every home & business nationwide. Our central hub processes over parcels a night with the ability of handling over parcels. This ensures the highest and most consistent level of service even through peak period. As part of the international DPD Group, we also offer reliable & cost effective B2B and B2C parcel delivery services through the 2nd largest road network in Europe. We are the delivery partner to thousands of Irish business across all industries, including Retail, ecommerce & pharmaceutical. We work closely with our customers & invest heavily to bring new, technology driven solutions to the market. Before working in DPD I managed a team of 15 retentions advisors. I have heavy exposure to performance management, coaching, HR policies and procedures, recruitment process and candidate selection, incentive construction and reporting, new hire integration and training, policy breach investigation and auditing, and Stakeholder Relationship Management.
