About Ciddhi Jain

My individual purpose is to enable better health for patients across the globe, and I do my part as an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company by serving life sciences companies and PE/VC firms (in healthcare space) on topics such as AI / ML driven customer and patient engagement, data driven decision making, go-to-market innovation and capability development, strategic planning and business transformations. My experience spans therapeutic areas and geographies. As an engineer at heart, I am especially passionate about leveraging Data Science (including ML, Gen AI) and technology in context of varying use cases in life sciences and healthcare. Thriving in dynamic and challenging environments, I excel in navigating complexity and driving results. Whether it's providing clarity to ambiguous problems, collaborating across cross-functional teams, or seeing ideas through to execution, I am driven by the opportunity to make a meaningful impact. Beyond the professional realm, I am a devoted reader, delving into over 100 books each year. Additionally, I enjoy painting landscapes, and I am deeply committed to supporting causes aimed at animal non-cruelty, spanning from shelters to ethical consumption choices such as restaurants, fabrics, and cosmetics.
