I have 8 years of experience in program management, project management, digital, content, and email marketing, with a focus on community engagement and membership retention. I have successfully maintained and managed the administrative aspects of the Chapter Website Program, resolving technical issues and serving as the primary liaison between AFP Global and vendors and service providers. I have also demonstrated exceptional moderation and updating skills for various online communities, ensuring an engaging and vibrant environment for volunteer leaders, collegiate members, and chapter administrators. Additionally, I have produced and coordinated compelling content for bimonthly newsletters, webinars, podcasts, and social media platforms, reaching thousands of members and prospects. I hold a Bachelor's of Science in Technical Management with a Project Management Specialization from DeVry University-Maryland, where I learned how to plan, execute, and evaluate projects effectively and efficiently.
