About Ciera Olson
Ciera Olson is an interdisciplinary artist, Art Therapist and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Ciera graduated from Loyola Marymount University in May 2022 with an M.A. in Marital and Family Therapy with Specialized Training in Art Therapy. During her practicum Ciera served as primary therapist for children, families, individuals and groups. Ciera provided trauma-informed clinical services to wide variety of clients and diagnosis, including mood and anxiety disorders, adjustment disorders, and disorders first diagnosed in childhood. Ciera developed art therapy interventions to meet clinical goals of client and treatment plan through a trauma-informed and culturally considerate lens. Ciera graduated from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago, in 2016 where she received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art, with an emphasis in photography. She is most inspired by the places around her, in particular the natural landscape and architecture.
