I have been with Trulieve since 2018, progressing through various positions in quality control, quality assurance, conciliation and control, and supply chain management. I oversee the inventory operations and processes across multiple facilities and regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. I have developed and implemented several inventory control systems and procedures, such as SAP implementation, barcode scanning, and cycle counting, that have improved inventory accuracy, reduced shrinkage, and increased productivity. I have also trained and supervised teams of inventory control specialists, technicians, and leads, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
