About Cierra Herbin

I currently work at Mood Treatment Center. I have worked there since 2019. I attend Guilford Technical Community College; I’ve pursed two Associates Degree - Medical Office Administration-Billing and Coding and Office Administration. I recently finished the Medical Office Administration degree in Fall 2019 and was successful at finishing my Office Administration degree in 2020. I’m aspired to be a Medical Office Supervisor. I have a lot of knowledge and learned a lot throughout my courses. I have learned how to read and process a medical claim, how to post payments and copays, medical terminology, and most importantly I have certifications in three different Microsoft Office. My co-workers would describe me as motivated, out-going, dependable, and always there to help when needed. I have seven years of customer service experience. Any customers would say I love making sure they have that WOW experience. Even through the phone, you will be able to hear my smile. I have worked at call centers, face-to-face, and worked from home providing and helping customers with their needs. I’m here to help the customer but also, being a positive aspect to a wonderful company.
