About Cierra Paschal

My name is Cierra. I teach Yoga classes that promote alignment, balance, and flexibility without taking things too seriously. I love making people smile through their practice - even during the challenging poses! I take time before each and every class to make sure my message as a teacher is clear: I am here to serve my students, to make them feel welcomed, inspired, challenged and connected to themselves. I've made it my mission to show people how to find balance, on and off the mat. The core values that my students learn allows them to align themselves physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, providing a well-rounded, comprehensive approach to every aspect of Yoga. To deepen our understanding, my students are guided through breathing exercises, asanas, and meditation practices. Each class begins with an intention designed to introduce new perspectives that inspire growth, healing, and a replenished enthusiasm for experiencing life.
