About Cigdem Dinc

As the founder and entrepreneur behind Ditalent, I bring over 15 years of expertise in Global Recruitment. Throughout my career, I have cultivated a robust network and established strong relationships with clients across the EMEA region. My experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant and subsequently as a Global Executive Partner with a multinational executive search firm. In these roles, I specialized in cross-border assignments and acted as the primary point of contact for major global accounts. In addition to this, I have also served as a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) partner for a leading Global Consumer Goods company, further enhancing my ability to manage large-scale, complex searches. My primary area of expertise lies in executing searches within the Manufacturing industry, with a focus on sectors such as Consumer Goods, Engineering, Automotive, and Information Technology. Additionally, I have worked with startup companies in Sweden, assisting them with talent acquisition strategies. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Media Communication Studies from University College in Sweden. I am fluent in English and Swedish, with conversational proficiency in Turkish.
